And what summer wouldn't be complete without the Lagoon trip? Bailee was a little nervous about the rides, warmed up a little to the simple, not so wreckless ones. She liked the car rides. Chesley on the other hand, was all over the crazy rides. She loved the Lady Bug Drop, said it make her tummy tickle. So she went on it over and over. She also loved Puff, the roller coaster, the planes, etc. Clayt, well....he was just gone. He hit every ride he could as fast as he could. He said that wicked was AWESOME! We really did have a great trip. Now every time the girls see a Lagoon commercial on TV, they're begging to go back.

At Easter time we went to Powell. We thought we'd find warm weather there, but as you can see from the coats, we didn't have much luck. We didn't go on the water at all, but had fun playing on the beach in the sand, visiting the Glen Canyon Dam, oh ya, and visiting the hospital. Chesley had a prop fall on her head at the marina (with assistance from her father), and we visited the Paige Hospital. She ended up with stitches on the top of her head, but it didn't slow her down a bit. Once we were back at camp, she was back on her bike riding around and around. She LOVES her bike! We colored Easter eggs and then the next morning did an Easter Egg Hunt at the Powell Motel. From the pics you can see that Chesley and Bailee are the best and worst of friends.

In the Spring
of this
year, we were tired
of the cold and took a family trip to St. George. The weather was great, and the kids loved the swimming! We also went to Jumping Jacks, and the kids thought that was tons of fun also. We stayed and my Grandma's park model down in Washington, and just had a laid back trip. It was good to get away and thaw out a little.

Slacker

Okay, so I've been a bit of a slacker about this blogger stuff. Not promising that I'm going to improve....but trying....
